Posted June 19, 2018. So WG just announced the legendary upgrades on the official page. Personally i think most of the upgrades are pretty trash, especially that of DM, Yueyang and Z52 where there is almost no point in taking those upgrades.

Legendary powers are limited to 2-3 gear slots, so make sure to check which base item you need for your legendary power. Sorry guys but to farm 40 000 essences per week to get another upgrade of legendary cape, thats way to much farm, even for main. 10k per each simply to much.
